How do I find what I am looking for?
Simply type in the item you are looking for into the search box located at the top of each page or use our category structure to shop by type, color, size, or designer.

How do I make a purchase?
One you found the item you are interested in, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Checkout" button on the top of each page.

How much is shipping?
Our flat fee shipping allows you to order as much as you want for one low price. Please refer to the chart below for our shipping fees:

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. via USPS. Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to an international PO BOX.

Do I have to pay custom taxes or duties?

Inernational shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, and/or broker fees associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

What about local pick up ?

Since we store our item in different locations we do not his service

When will my order ship?
We will ship  within 1 business day from the time payment was received. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment used and where the shipment is going. Domestic orders shipped to a United States address typically take 1-5 business days.

Typical delivery time for international orders is 5-7 business days. Additional delays may be associated with custom clearance at the destination country.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a "Shipping Notification" email with tracking numbers once the shipment is made to our customers in the same day of shipment.

Returns

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 15 days for a full refund less shipping costs

Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. The shipping of your new item will happen  once the original product is received.

When and how can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your item, you can expect a refund within 5 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
